Gravitas are excited to invite you to an upcoming User-Centered Design (UCD) Webinar, specifically tailored for professionals in the social housing sector.
In this session, Dave Skinner will explore the principles of UCD and how service design can transform the way we design, deliver, and improve housing services, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of residents. Dave will also introduce us to the design patterns for social housing, a free, community led resource that aims to improve social housing services and explore new approaches to solving common problems collaboratively.
This event is invite only, however if it sounds like something you are interested in, please sign up your details today and our consultants will be in touch about future events.
