ERP & CRM success starts with the right people.
ERP and CRM platforms sit at the heart of how a business operates. ERP keeps finance, supply chain and operations running smoothly, while CRM keeps sales, service and customer relationships moving forward. With the right people behind them, invoices match contracts, orders ship on time, and sales teams have a clear view of their pipeline.
ERP & CRM recruitment that delivers
Each of our consultants focuses on one part of the ERP and CRM market rather than the whole of technology recruitment. This specialisation means they understand the difference between a consultant who has configured a single Dynamics 365 module and one who has led an end-to-end implementation, or between a Salesforce administrator and a solution architect designing across clouds. Recognising those distinctions early means we can introduce the right professionals for your contract and permanent requirements, with strong shortlists from the very start of the process.
For Head of ERP, Head of CRM and IT leadership appointments, our expertise extends into executive search, where leadership and stakeholder influence matter as much as platform depth.
We find the best ERP and CRM hires bring far more than configuration skills, so we look at the whole picture. Platform expertise in Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Unit4 or Workday is the starting point. From there, we explore how well a candidate understands the business processes behind the system, what they’ve delivered on live implementations, and how confidently they can guide users and stakeholders through change. Those are the qualities that make a consultant trusted across your business. For urgent requirements, we can fill roles within two days. Our typical fill rates are 96% (exclusive partnership) and 77% (preferred supplier).
We recruit across Dynamics 365, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Unit4 and Workday, covering every stage of a platform’s life:
By platform:
- ERP consultants: functional and technical specialists across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, SAP, Oracle and Unit4, covering finance, procurement, supply chain and inventory.
- CRM consultants: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Salesforce specialists, covering sales, marketing, service and case management.
- Workday consultants: HCM, Financials and integration specialists supporting people and finance processes.
By role:
- Functional consultants and business analysts: they translate business processes into platform configuration and requirements.
- Technical consultants and developers: they build custom functionality, integrations and extensions, including Power Platform solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Solution architects: they design end-to-end ERP and CRM solutions that align business needs with technical delivery.
- Data migration specialists: they move and cleanse data between systems accurately during implementations and upgrades.
- Implementation and project managers: they lead migrations, rollouts and upgrades, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Support and BAU analysts: they keep live platforms running smoothly day to day.
- Heads of ERP and CRM, and IT leadership: they own the platform strategy and roadmap, typically supported through executive search.
The strongest ERP and CRM hires pair platform expertise with a real understanding of the business processes behind it. Certifications are a valuable starting point, and specialist recruitment builds on them by exploring where candidates have applied their skills and what they delivered.
Our consultants focus on one part of the ERP and CRM market, they know which questions bring that experience to light, from the scale of a rollout to how a candidate handled data migration or user adoption. That means your shortlist is built on proven delivery as well as platform credentials, helping you hire with confidence.
Wherever your platform is in its lifecycle, we tailor our support.
Mid-implementation? we’ll help you hire the people who’ll own it after go-live. Just gone live? we’ll help you build the day-to-day team. Established platform? we’ll find specialists for new modules, upgrades and automation. And for systems integrators, we focus on the exact module, timeline and skill gap. Where we have strong network coverage, we can usually shortlist within days, and we’ll always share realistic timeframes for niche and senior roles.

ERP and CRM platforms support every kind of organisation, and we recruit across a wide range of UK sectors:
- Manufacturing and supply chain: ERP underpins production planning, inventory and logistics, with SAP and Dynamics 365 at the centre of many operations.
- Financial services: CRM supports client relationships and reporting, while ERP powers finance and risk processes.
- Energy and utilities: ERP supports asset management and investment planning, with CRM increasingly central to customer and billing relationships.
- Public sector, education and third sector: Unit4, Workday and Oracle support finance, HR and student or member services, often as part of wider modernisation programmes.
- Professional services and systems integrators: implementation partners and consultancies resourcing client delivery across SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365 and Workday.
- Permanent hires suit ongoing platform ownership, while contractors suit defined projects such as S/4HANA migrations. Many organisations combine a permanent platform lead with contractors around peak implementation phases.
ERP & CRM Market intelligence
For many UK organisations, the biggest influence on ERP hiring right now is a deadline rather than a new platform. Mainstream maintenance for SAP ECC ends in 2027, and the UK and Ireland SAP user community reports that 89% of customers have either migrated to S/4HANA or are planning to. Skills are a real consideration in those plans: among organisations yet to move, 92% were concerned that a lack of available skills would slow their migration. That creates demand for two kinds of expertise at once. Organisations need consultants who can keep established ECC environments stable, and consultants who can deliver an S/4HANA programme that touches core finance, supply chain and operations.
Beyond SAP, the move to cloud continues to shape the market. Oracle Fusion Cloud and Workday are well established for finance and HR, while Unit4 remains a familiar platform across the public sector, education and not-for-profit organisations.
On the Microsoft side, Dynamics 365 continues to grow, particularly in the mid-market. Business Central supports smaller implementations, and Power Platform is increasingly used to extend Dynamics 365 without a full development cycle. Salesforce remains central to CRM, with demand spanning sales, service and marketing clouds.
As more organisations run ERP and CRM from different vendors, solution architects who can work across both are especially valued. They help connect data and processes across platforms, so your teams work from a single, reliable view of the business.
ERP and CRM pay in the UK varies by platform as much as by seniority. Implementation experience, cross-platform architecture skills and specialist modules tend to sit towards the upper end of the market.
As a guide, advertised median salaries for SAP roles sit around £65,000, or around £60,000 outside London, and Dynamics 365 consultants sit at a similar level, around £65,000. On the contract side, SAP consultants typically command around £581 a day, reflecting steady demand as S/4HANA programmes progress.

AI is now built into ERP and CRM platforms, marking a shift from AI that answers questions to AI that helps get work done. SAP’s Joule, Microsoft’s Copilot and Salesforce’s Agentforce are now able to act within the system. The organisations getting the most from this are often those that put clear governance in place early. Agreeing what an AI agent can access, who is accountable for its actions, and how those actions are recorded. For UK businesses, that work connects to UK GDPR wherever personal data is involved. In financial services, it also connects to operational resilience expectations around critical systems.
When hiring, look for consultants who can explain what AI can be trusted to do within their module, and how its actions should be governed and recorded. For senior roles, prioritise experience setting those guardrails. Asking candidates how they’ve used AI in a live environment is a useful starting point, and our consultants explore this experience in depth before shortlisting for you.
